Enzo Developments Story

Our story starts in the province of Saskatchewan where we were involved in various businesses and projects. We migrated west to Alberta in the early 80’s and opened the largest kitchen and bathroom renovation store in Western Canada. Over the course of the next 20 years our family became involved in various other business ventures.

In 2003 we started Enzo Developments to enable our family to utilize the skills and talents of each member. An atmosphere was created where we could balance rewarding careers with our extremely important home and family life.

To start, we built 3 single family homes, and then completed a 44 unit condominium. We soon added recreation properties and other unique land development projects to our “album”.

To this day we focus on projects that put family and friends first. A common question asked around our table is, “would we live, work or play here?” If the answer is yes, we rely on each other’s passion and expertise. From Doug’s vision and dreams, Diane’s knack for numbers and legal workings, Dana’s design skills and project management to Dacy’s marketing ideas and love of people. Each project is a page in our family’s photo album.

Going forward, we will continue to develop projects with good value and that share the opportunity of growth and earning potential. Keeping our family values as the driving force behind Enzo Developments projects will ensure continued internal growth and investment opportunities.
